We set up and tidy cloud estates on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. Typical work includes landing zones, networking, identity, high availability, backup, and moving applications off machines nobody wants to touch.
Cost is treated as a design input. So is the question of who can change production at 2am, and how they know what broke. A migration only counts if the resulting estate is easier to run.
Cloud consulting here is not a catalogue of services. It is an environment you can deploy to, observe and recover, then keep changing without a long change window.
When this is the right work
